6. Returns & Refunds

Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if items are unworn and in original condition. Digital products and custom creative services are non-refundable. Each item comes with packing slip with a return shipping label. Please be advised that we are partnered with a dropshipping company who packages and ships the items to you. 7. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and promote that content on any and all platforms associated with the Suave Mentality Productions or Haus of Suave brand.

Suave Mentality Productions, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of this site or products purchased herein. We are partnered with a dropshipping company who handles all merchandise. Any damages to products should be reported to the Suave Mentality Productions, LLC team immediately and we will make sure the issue is resolves as soon as possible.
